Brian A. Dominique Dawes is a three-time Olympian, Olympic gold medalist, and trailblazer in American gymnastics. A member of the legendary “Magnificent Seven,” she made history at the 1996 Atlanta Games as the first Black woman to win an individual Olympic medal in gymnastics. Today, she is the founder and brand ambassador of the Dominique Dawes Academy, creating safe, empowering spaces for young athletes in gymnastics, ninja, and more, with a growing national footprint. Beyond sport, Dawes is a minority owner of the Washington Spirit and a limited partner of the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons, and previously co-chaired the President’s Council on Fitness under President Obama. Through her leadership across sports, business, and culture, she continues to champion joy, inclusion, and mental well-being for the next generation.

Dr. Mary Regina Pham was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and studied at Auburn University before attending dental school at the University of Southern California. While in dental school, Dr. Mary realized that pediatric dentistry was her passion! She became president of the Pediatric Dental Selective while at USC and organized the first-ever pediatric dental volunteer trip to Vietnam; which still goes on to this day! Dr. Mary then moved to Chicago, Illinois to complete an additional two years of specialty training in pediatric dentistry. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, which means she is a part of a small percentage of pediatric dental specialists who are board-certified and have demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill in the specialty of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Mary was named Top 40 Under 40 Dentists in America by Incisal Edge Magazine.

Dr. Anushka Gaglani is a co-founder and co-CEO at Areo Dental Group. She and Dr. Nagaraj (Dr. Raj) opened their first practice at the end of 2015 and quickly discovered a shared passion for delivering exceptional patient care and transforming the dental experience. Today, Areo Dental Group’s core value is centered around same-day, high-quality comprehensive care and creating stellar patient experiences.
